Personal training in women has been shown to exercise behavior patterns, improve decisional balance, and increase scheduling self-efficacy. Personal training results in higher workout intensities, higher strength, and also higher perceived exertion during the exercise in women. Though women are working with personal trainers tend to do self-select in heavier loads compare to women who not doing it, the loads itself used are indeed still below the recommended load percentages. That is why numeracy skill is also required for students of Personal trainer courses.
In group exercise is helpful socially for women because sometimes they can support each other to stay in the course. Only, it is important to find a fitness instructor who can suit the group’s needs. Of course, more than just exercise and fitness knowledge, an instructor is also taught in the areas of structuring programs as well as how to instruct safely and effectively at gym instructor courses.
In short, never take a trainer or instructor who does not have enough knowledge and capability to officially serve clients. Otherwise, the end may just be different from the expectation.
